4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, marketing outcomes can vary based on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and client cooperation. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by Foundrz LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Foundrz LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
